Hello there, I have a bigger rib cage, and a short torso. My back is a bit broad to, and I want a slim waist. Is it possible for me to get a small waist? What would you recommend me to do? I'm thinking of starting muffin top and love handle exercises, because I have that little layer of fat at the bottom of my waist, but I've heard training your obliques makes them wider, so I don't want to take a chance.
