Take it to the next level by doing a 30 day challenge with this same routine. Make sure to take rest days, example workout monday and tuesday then rest on wednesday and so on.

UPDATE: I started this routine 19 days ago and I have seen an increase in the size of my glutes. Some of my fav denim jeans are getting tighter. I'm going to keep updating this comment section on my results bi-weekly.

When doing the kneeling extension, can I use weight like a dumbbell?

You could but it's best to start off with your bodyweight first. This way you know how to properly contract your glutes on each rep. After you've mastered the move you can add a 25 pound dumbbell for extra resistance.
